About Me

Doodled flowers instead of my school work. Crayon works of art hung in my gallery (grandma's coat closet). Bedroom walls painted with sea creatures. I've always known I was an artist, feeling at home in everything creative.

I enjoy sharing my feelings in visual art, playing with color in many mediums. Colored pencils, crayons, markers, charcoal, paint, digital lighting and illustration, beads, yarn, flowers, anything I can get my hands on can be art! I find I better express myself using visuals than words. As a kid, I found I understood picture books better than any other kind of book. They are still my favorite. I open a book to a new world colored just for me.

I am actively seeking agency so my stories can be shared with cuddles in people's laps too. I'm excited to create laughter, excitement and empathy in readers.
