Have fun making art using just crayons!
Simple shapes create dragons, bugs, bears, vegetables, fruit, cats in outer space, dinosaurs, flowers, weather, seasons, anything! We start with the theme, then kids drive what we create together! The creativity and inspiration from kids help make each hour unique. If your library has an idea for a CREATE ART with CRAYONS for KIDS program, I am excited to hear it! Example: STUFFY PORTRAITS~ the kiddos bring in a stuffy friend (or two) to create a portrait(s) of while I draw my own up front. I visit each artist and guide them individually with their fuzzy textures, sparkly eyes, or extra limbs:) I supply all the fun colors if crayons I have collected!
